How many units?

No transfer fees, Preferential rates at the transferring attorney, Stadlers.

Is there a HOA?

Until 75% of stands have been transferred, the Homeowners’ Association (HOA) will consist only of the developer. Once 75% of stands have been transferred, the HOA will be properly formed. Until then, the developer will serve in this capacity.

 How much will the levies be?

Can I keep dogs?

What is the building style?

Cape building style, traditional or modern interpretation.  Please see the design guidelines.  

The developers know that each person’s preference is unique and therefor the interpretation is fairly open.  Strict rules will apply on the roof structures and paint colours, i.e. only dark grey chromodeck allowed, only dark grey aluminum window panes etc.

Preference to edible plants – fruit trees and herbs, i.e. rosemary, thyme, aloes, etc.

No grass roofing allowed.
